# Getting Started

Getting started in Tape is super easy.

On starting Tape for the first time you will see this:

To start adding **Collections**, simply hover your mouse in the *groove* so that it then shows "New Collection".&#x20;

Click "New Collection" and give it a name.

You may give this new **Collection** any name you like. Press \[Enter] to confirm the name.

Your new **Collection** will be created and added.

From here you can add as many Collections as you like, always at the top from the *groove*.
